so, how long has it been anyway? geesh! too long! but it's not because of neglect, just busy, busy, busy! adornments and album kits are moving very fast through etsy and here. so much so that i am out of stock. i think it's that time of year for all of us to get cozy and hanker down for the winter months. we all need projects to keep us sane and scrap booking and art projects keep our minds moving and active. i love creating and my mind is always filled with ideas as i am sure some of you experience also. sometimes so much so that i have to stop and try something new in the middle of doing other projects! yikes.
school is back in, as of today and the busy-ness of the last days of summer are done. it always goes by so fast. i love having everyone home and when it's time to go back to school, it is always a big change. august in the northwest was a wet cold affair, a disappointment in many ways. but it looks like we might have an indian summer, which is always a joy, for while the days get warm and sunny, the nights are cool and clear. the leaves turn a million shades of red, orange, and yellow and burning wood smells touch your nose. i do love living here for the changing of seasons- the cold, wet, snowy winters giving into the glorious birth of spring, which turns slowly into the lazy, warm summers and finally, the autumn showing of magnificent earthy colors and smells. i love it!
i have put a new pocket pages album kit on etsy for halloween and am trying something new,
an example of what you can create with this add- on:
this prototype album is also up for sale on etsy. now, i do have more items to pack up and ship out, so i will have to say good night, i will try and post sooner and keep things updated, i'm thinking of changing colors on the blog, tans would be nice, but i do like how items in photos show up against the black, hmmm. okay gotta go, take care, hey, i am still waiting for my prize: the zutter binder, i can hardly contain myself! lol, i'll be patient. good night, -rebecca
