so, the second time in a week? geesh, making some progress here! this is the newest "storybook" journal titled "halloween" which i will be listing in my etsy shop tonight:
the cover is created from a well read 1930's "fact and story reader"
and measures 5" X 7.5".
the front of the first divider has a name/date plate, full page size
double-sided tag for journaling with a velvet pull, a little tag
slipped under the metal page turner/paper clip, with a little round
embellishment hanging from it's edge. there are some of this books
original pages facing the title page here. each of the 5 divider pages
are open on top so you may add extra journaling pages, receipts, or
photo's inside.
the back side of the first divider with 2 side pockets and a clip to add
some goodies to.
the front of divider 2 with 2 bottom pockets and a journaling tag. and a
metal page turner.
back side of the second divider with 3 bottom pockets. each section
divider is followed by a piece of vellum and pages of lined, linen,
sketch, or watercolor papers totaling over 55 pages (100+ using both
sides). each page is hand stamped and inked for that vintage book
look that i love.
divider 3 has 2 side pockets with a velvet page turner and spooky
skeleton charm.
back side of divider 3 has 2 bottom pockets.
in the middle of this section i have created a pocket on a 1930's bingo
card with an image of a vintage halloween invitation whitch opens...
to reveal..... opening...
a little halloween party poem of invite.
divider 4 has 2 bottom pockets with a little metal page turner.
the back of this divider has 2 side pockets with a little bottom pocket
created with a vintage image of a halloween magic show poster.
the front of the final divider has 2 side pockets and another vintage
image of a halloween dance poster for a bottom pocket. now remember,
each pocket has an open top, on some i have cut a half circle opening,
others are not so obvious.
the back of this last divider with 3 stamped coin envelopes for
special little collections and goodies
