new spooky haunted house chipboard mini album "mischief and mayhem"

so here is the newest little halloween album, "mischief and mayhem" ooooh:

this mini album is 6" X 8" from the top of the moon to the bottom of the album, but each page layout is actually 6" X 3.25 , with 8 hand-cut pages plus the front cover.

 flocked spider webs cover these pages with a side pocket on page 2

these two "skeleton" pages have 1 pocket on each page. on page 3 is a skeleton hand holding a double-side tag with a vintage postcard image on one side and bazzill card-stock on the reverse. on page 4 the pocket is a spooky skull which has 2 tags tucked in behind, one with a "poison" label image on the front and the other with a recipe for "dead mans toe pie" yuck. they both have  bazzill card-stock on the back. i picked up  potion and label images from this website "love manor" last year, are these cool or what?

the witches pages have 2 pockets with 2 tags. both tags and pockets were created with vintage postcard images on the front and bazzill card-stock on the back. a bat in flight is attached to the upper corner of page 6.

the "bat" pages have bat pockets and black mats behind them, ready for your photos. there is a witch riding her broomstick in front of the moon and a clock that has a mini metal hand pointing to midnight- boo!

2 new halloween albums and a kit -yeah!

hi all, hope everyone is enjoying these cool (literally here) autumn days. the trees are turning now, very slow for this time of year, and it is gorgeous, ohmygosh! i have been busy, busy, busy creating and it feels great!

new "halloween night" chipboard album

yeah! i finished an album! ohmygosh, seems like forever. this spooky album is listed in my etsy shop

this  5.5" X 8.5 " Halloween chipboard album was created entirely from the fun "Spider's Web" Halloween double-sided card-stock collection from "My Mind's Eye".  i am in the process of creating a kit for this album which should be listed within a day or two if you would like to put this together yourself.

new "playtime" mini album

so, here is the little album i promised you a couple of days ago, i got caught up in my de-stashing again and lost track of time, geesh! i love these papers from "graphic 45" too, i also picked some of the travel papers up for a travel journal, so fun! i love these guys! this "playtime" 5.5" X 6" 10 page  "playtime" album is listed here:

there is a "teapot" pocket with a tag tucked in. i have used 110lb. premium

cover papers in ecru to create the tags in this album.

there are 2 pockets and 2 tags on these two pages. the tags in this album 

have printed vintage school reader illustrations on the fronts, the

backs are left blank.

2 more pockets on these pages. isn't this tinker toy paper cool?

2 pockets attached to the pages with embroidery thread, with 2 tags 

slipped into the pockets.                       

 

                                                      pages 7 and 8 

 there are 2 pockets on each page here, with 2 tags, and a 4 page accordion

album attached to the front of the pocket, with a seam binding ribbon

closure and a mary jane shoe charm attached to the ribbon. i have used silk

thread to attach the pockets to the pages.

                        

here is a close-up of the little 2.5" X 2.5" accordion album. i have matted

the inside of the album,but you could use the flip side of the pages to attach

more little photos.

there are once again 4 pockets on these two pages , with 2 tags, and a little

mat with a star clip to tuck a photo, journaling or piece of ephemera under.

"twitterpated" new valentine mini album

hi,  i am back with a new valentine mini album and a sneak peek at a new book journal. it feels so good to be back at creating again! i have enjoyed some "off time" but the ideas are scrambling around in my head again, woohoo!

the weather has changed in this great northwest part of the us, it's sunny and warmer, nearly 60 yesterday! the sun rejuvenates, no doubt about it. the promise of spring once again teasing us. little buds appearing on the forsythia, robins in search for lunch, with their heads cocked to the ground, it feels good.

so here is the new little tabbed album, "twitterpated", created entirely from; We R Memory Keepers "Heart Attack" double-side, card-stock collection, soooo cute! it is now listed in my etsy shop here:

                

twitterpated cover with  2 double-sided tags slipped into a pocket, a small title tag attached to the spiral binding with seam binding ribbon, and an"XO" word glued to the tab .

 

page 2 has 2 pockets attached to the page with 4 buttons and 4 colorful paper flowers,  2 tags are tucked in the pockets. page 3 is a photo mat page with a metal photo turn and a "LOVE" word glued to the tab.

 

page 4 and 5 have 1 pocket each with 2 tags tucked in them and a little accordion album, attached to the front of the pocket on page 5. "KISSES" word is glued to the tab on these pages.

                   

this is a closeup of the accordion album which measures 2" X 2.5" with with 7 available mats and has a seam binding, tie closure.

 

pages 6 and 7 have 4 pockets total with paper lace trim,  3 tags and a "SWEET" word glued to the tab. 

               

the front and backs of the tags are pictured here. you may slip photos behind the paper strips on the tall blue backs in the bottom row. geesh, looks like i cut the little flower pulls off on the bottom photos, sorry. just cut them out of the photo, lol, not the tags. each of the 3 little vintage image tags may be used for journaling.

as mentioned above, i am working on a journal created with a 1904 music book cover, with an altered front and beautiful papers from grafic 45 " botanicabella" collection. i fell in love with the papers and had to make this journal which i am calling, what else? "botanica", lol. here is a peek:

"oct. 31" new halloween envelope album kit

woohoo! i finally got ahold of some papers to finish the next couple of kits! geesh, sometimes it's very frustrating! here is the halloween kit and an autumn pocket pages album is completed, i just had to make sure i could get my mitts on the beautiful papers for the kits!

this new "oct. 31" envelope album kit is so fun! i'm gonna do a christmas kit using this same envelope form! but for now... i know, this is the same paper that i used for my last album, but it really is great paper!

"beware" new halloween chunky album

happy fall to all! is everyone getting in the spirit of the seasons fast approaching us?  it's still in the mid 70's here, but cool at night and expected rain for the next 4 days, probably more like the next 8 months with some snow spatterings here and there, or rather, now and then. i have completed a halloween chunky album "beware" and listed it in my etsy shop, some pictures follow:

         has a haunted house pocket which holds 2

         tags, wire binding, and a polka-dot bow.

 

     there are 3 pockets with 3 tags on pages 1 and 2.

 

on pages 3 and 4 there are 4 pockets, 6 tags and a 2" X 2"

photo mat/turn.

 

pages 5 and 6 have 2 pockets and 2 tags with a tiny "bat"

pocket attached to the side pocket on page 5 and a removable

matchbook album tied to the french knots, which attach the

pocket to the page on page 6.
