The covers of these "StoryBook" Journals are made from pages of vintage school readers dating from the late 1800's to the 1950's, because of this, no two are the same. They usually measure around 4" X 7", sometimes slightly larger, depending on the size of the readers, but always small enough to comfortably carry with you. I incorporate a variety of about 45 to 50 papers which may include: lined, sketching, cold press watercolor, vellum, drawing, handmade and linen. Each of the dividers have pockets which are created using decorative scrap booking papers, card stock bingo cards, pages from the readers, or anything that I feel will be fun and interesting to further the theme. My hopes are that each page will be filled with writings, sketches, pictures, clippings, lists, drawings, specimens, and treasures of all kinds!
