Christmas Journal "Frosty" StoryBook

Hello all.  Back again with a new Christmas StoryBook journal called "Frosty". I will be listing this journal in my etsy shop today; it measures 5.5" X 8.25" with 50+ pages which include  a combination of lined writing, sketch, vintage linen, and 90lb watercolor papers, on which you may journal, sketch, draw, paint, and glue. I love these premium double-sided papers by Tim Holtz!

This "Name/Date" page has 2 bottom pockets with 2 tiny tied tags and a side strip pocket.

Each divder is created from premium double-sided papers, which are embellished with pockets, and a combination of paper lace, brads, tags, tokens, paper clips, metal and leather page tab turners. each divider is also a full page pocket with top opening - lots of room for storing those secret or special items that you don't want or that will not fit on the pages.

With 4 side pockets, one of paper lace and a tag slipped in.

Each facing page after each divider is a velum page with an original book page showing through. Every page is hand inked and stamped.

 Most tags are double-sided with printed vintage images on the front with blank backs perfect for journaling or adding a photo.

The Correspondence page. This page is divided in two with 2 top opening pockets and 2 top pockets with side openings and a strip pocket all holding 7 little tags. These page pockets are just right for holding mailing lists, stamps and envelopes.

There are 3 side pockets and a top pocket holding a little tag here. There are also 2 little tokens hanging from the top of the page and a button embellishment.

Travel Journal "Longer Trails" a StoryBook Journal

Ohmygosh it's been awhile since my last post. I hope all is well with everyone, at least the weather seems to have calmed down for a bit.

This new travel journal called "Longer Trails" is listed in my  Etsy shop here. It measures  5 5/8" X 8" and has 55 pages which include a combination of lined writing, vellum, sketch, vintage linen, and cold press 90lb water color papers on which you may journal, sketch, draw, paint, and glue.

                                                    Divider 1 

Name/Date page with a large "flower" bottom pocket.

I  have designed 4 divider pages which are also full pocket pages with top openings. Each divider is embellished with pockets, brads, clips, tags, paper lace, charms and cutouts.  

               

                                            Divider 1 Backside

There are 4 side pockets and 1 bottom pocket here; one being paper lace. There is a large tag and a small tag tucked in the pockets; one with a bamboo clip.

Each divider has a metal or leather page tab and after each divider is a velum page. Each page is torn, hand inked, and stamped.

All tags are double-sided with printed vintage travel images on front with the backsides blank for journaling.

With a bottom pocket and 2 tags slipped in. The back tag is actually a playing card type with a cool 1940's  photo of a lady on the back, it's from the "Found Reletives" collection by Tim Holtz.

There is an initial brad holdiing an edge of the pocket back , and sewn sides .

The "Correspondence" page. This is the perfect place to keep your stamps addresses and postcards for sending.

This page is divided in half with 2 top openings, 2 top pockets with side openings holding 9 little tags, a little air mail envelope, a tiny paper clip and a travel token hanging from the top of the page.
