"Joy" Portfolio Album
The front of this little album has been created using October Afternoon's "Silent Night" Christmas paper and is embelished with a brass closure and a tag tied to the sturdy o-wire binding with vintage seam binding ribbon and a snowman tag tied to the ribbon using red and white striped bakers twine.

Pages 1 and 2
There is 1 bottom pocket on this page with Santa creating a top pocket and a side strip pocket on top with a tiny booklet that will hold 2 pictures slipped in. Page 2 has 1 bottom pocket created by the sweet skaters with a strip pocket on top of the page which you may clip any little picture or bauble. I added a tiny paper clip after this photo was taken, just to get you started.
Pages 2 and 3
The trees create a bottom pocket on page 3 with a side pocket and the vintage seam binding ribbon creating a side strip pocket on page 4. There is a tiny safety pin holding a 'Joy" tag with room for more tags if you want. and a spiral clip on the bottom.
Pages 5 and 6
On page 5 there is the backside of the ribbon creating another strip pocket and a doublesided snowman tag being held with that bottom spiral clip and a hanging snowflake connected to a metal "snoeman" tag. Page 6 has a bottom snow people pocket with a little shipping tag with a vintage seam binding ribbon pull.
Pages 7 and 8
Both of these pages have cutouts of children with a Christmas tree creating 2 pockets.
Pages 9 and 10
There is a green strip pocket with a smaller "Dear Santa" strip pocket on page 9 and Santa waving creats a bottom pocket on page 10.
Pages 11 and 12
Santa and his slay cutouts create 2 bottom pockets on these 2 pages
Pages 13 and 14
There is a journaling place on page 13 and a side strip pocket on page 14 with a large doublesided printed postcard tag slipped in.
I must say that the closure for this album turned out to be a bit tricky, the easiest way is to hold the album horizontally with the o-wire binding facing down while pushing down on the button and up through the clasp slipping the cover upward. My dear daughter said I could use her as a model to post a picture of her holding the album in the easiest position for opening. I'll do that tomorrow. Good night, rest well. -Rebecca
